In supporting this Sessional Paper, I agree that there have been very many dynamics in terms of the population size, the age structure and vulnerable populations. It is important that we have a policy that aligns to all of these. When we talk about fertility, there are very many dynamics in that space as well. I agree that on social aspects, time has come that men also participate and play a key role in family planning and matters like that.
