    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I think this issue was actually addressed by this House when we came up with the NBA. We enacted that and we now have a law in place. So, we are strengthening the NBA. It will liaise with other stakeholders like KEBS, KEPHIS and even the Kenya Ports Authority (KPA), so that there are enough security measures to address that problem. That way, we will not have GMOs filtering into the country."
