    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the coastal region is dependent on the Port of Mombasa and we have the even the upcoming Port of Lamu, but there is very little that is being heard from that side. I believe that if we can sensitise our people, especially those from Nairobi and other areas, most of our youth can go to Mombasa and engage themselves in boat piloting business. Sometime last year, we went to Mombasa to do an inspection and also understand the maritime industry. We found the whole industry is being dominated by foreigners. We have very few Kenyans who are in that industry."
