    "content": "From the outset, I want to thank the Minister for the work he has been doing in putting the Ministry into operation in terms of the facility we require in this country. As we always complain about our roads in Kenya, we do not see the other factors that we suffer from in terms of safety of motor vehicles. We have had rules and regulations that govern the matatu industry. I think the Minister should now wake up to the reality that, at least, if we are no longer following the Michuki rules, let us follow the Mwakwere rules, if we can get new ones; if the earlier ones are not working."
