There should also be good training for the cyclists and motorbike riders. It is very important to be put as a basic programme that needs to be executed to ensure that it is safe, reliable and commercially viable through the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs. Many young people are buying motorbikes as a commercial endeavour to make business and earn a living. But we also need to work closely with this Ministry and other Ministries, particularly this one to ensure that, that particular sector which has brought a lot of change is made better."
