    "content": "Hon. Senators, Article 132 (1)(b), mandates the President to address a special sitting of Parliament once every year. Article 132 (1) (c) also requires the President, once every year to- (1) Report, in an address to the nation, on all the measures taken and progress achieved in the realization of the national values, referred to in Article 10. (2) Publish in the Gazette the details of the measures and progress under sub- paragraph (1). The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Director, Hansard and AudioServices, Senate."
