The idea of constantly referring to the Speaker of the House when any female member of the Speaker’s Panel is on that Chair as ‘Sir’ is becoming rampant, especially by this particular Senator. Madam Temporary Speaker, we are speaking on this issue at a time when we have a serious case that is coming to the Senate next week of a governor who happens to be a woman. Sen.
