We have got many stalled Government projects which should be completed because there is no point of having an incomplete project in an area where the project is heavily in demand to improve the lifestyles of the people. I would like to congratulate my colleague, Mr. Chris Obure, and his team for coming forward to ensure that there is meaningful development of our infrastructure, not only in major urban centres like Nairobi, Mombasa and Kisumu, but also deep in the rural areas."
