    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, finally, I rise to seek for a Statement from the Standing Committee on Finance and Budget regarding the rental fees incurred by the County Government of Kakamega. In the Statement, the Committee should- (1) Provide a detailed breakdown of annual rental fees for office and utility spaces incurred by the County Government of Kakamega, disclosing details of the respective contracts, including the names of the landlords (2) Outline measures put in place by the County Government of Kakamega to ensure that this is managed so as to reduce the loss of funds through rental costs. I thank you."
