I have waited for this long, but I appreciate that finally I have a chance to move the Prevention of Livestock and Produce Theft Bill (Senate Bills No.12 of 2023). Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, the principle of this Bill puts mechanisms for preventing, combating and eventually receding livestock and produce theft.
