    "content": "In line with the rehabilitative services and Assistive Technology Strategy of 2022- 2026 the Ministry aims to scale up services to all levels of care, including community- based rehabilitation in line with Universal Health Coverage and the spirit of leaving no one behind. The Ministry has undertaken training of all county directors of health and the disability assessment teams on disability medical assessment and categorization and further developed the Disability Medical Assessment and Categorization Guidelines to make assessment standards across the country. Training of county teams involved in disability assessment is done for those who request at the national level and it is done on a need basis."
