Every time a BoQ is delayed and I enquire why it is delaying, I am told that there is no ammonia paper. I do not know what ammonia paper is but I am told it is not there. I am wondering what this ammonia paper is. Is it that expensive? What is this ammonia paper that is not there in the Ministry?
