    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir and I want to appreciate the Question from the Senator of Nandi County. The Question is very pertinent because, indeed, some of the places that he has mentioned like Karai Ward and Ndeiya locations within Kiambu and, in fact, Terik Location within Nandi County are in the draft proposal to be included. The proposal is currently undergoing Cabinet approval. The good thing is that this draft has already undergone public participation. So there was comprehensive public participation to get the views of the public."
