    "content": "It is high time we relooked at our Banking Act. We must remodel it in such a way that we must because we are aware that the bigger population of Kenya does not have access to title deeds. They do not have access to collateral that is required by the banks. Therefore, we must restructure and remodel it in such a way that it will be attractive to the young people, young enterprising investors whom we can support through a channel and an organised structure like it used to be in the formative years of this country when we had ICDC. You could walk with a proposal, get financing, get advice, an incubation and most importantly, get access to the market."
