    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I have something on the Petition by Charles Ochola on a Bill to regulate the practice of geophysics. Considering the Public Petitions Committee has a lot at hand, the best thing would be for Mr. Ochola to approach any of the Members of Parliament representing him to present his proposed Bill on his behalf, and then the Bill can come to this House. That would have been the best way for anyone interested in introducing a Bill. One can approach their Member of Parliament or any other Member of Parliament. Then, our drafters will draft a Bill to regulate the practice of geophysics in this country, instead of petitioning the Public Petitions Committee, which is already overwhelmed by work. That is my comment, Hon. Speaker."
