    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this very important Bill that concerns NG-CDF. I also take this opportunity to join you in welcoming these students who have visited the National Assembly. I wish them well in their Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) and Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examinations that will be done in the next few days. Before I go to the Bill, I also take this opportunity to wish students from Kitui South Constituency and those from the rest of the country in the upcoming examinations. I support this Bill which has been ably moved by the Deputy Leader of the Majority Party, Hon. Baya, and seconded ably by the Deputy Leader of the Minority Party, Hon. Mbui. I have listened keenly to the Leader of the Majority Party as he spoke on this very important Bill that we, as Members of Parliament, must work on and make sure it passes. It will enable the NG-CDF Act to be aligned to the Constitution."
