    "content": "I have realised that when people do not like something, they say it is unconstitutional. The NG-CDF has suffered this fate for far too long. The amendments that have been proposed by the Leader of the Majority Party and the Leader of the Minority Party will handle this matter. It will be aligned not only to the Constitution of Kenya but also to other existing Acts of Parliament. It will also be aligned to the new order which has been brought by the Constitution 2010 where we have funding at the national Government and county governments. This will make it extremely clear that NG-CDF does not draw any money from the county but only from the national Government. I would like to congratulate our leaders and Select Committee on National Government Constituencies Development Fund for the good work they have done."
