"content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I take the Floor to support this Fund because of the following reasons. First, you cannot take a right away from the people which they have enjoyed and it has had some demonstrable positive effect in the society. Therefore, finding a way in which we can meet the demands raised by the courts in subsequent rulings in the past would be very important. Secondly, this Fund as it is indicated by the content, has minimised bureaucratic discrimination in terms of social development in that more people have been able to access the economic empowerment intention by the State. It also adds the spread and scope of ownership of the country by the citizens of this country. So, I support and this must be done so that we can answer those who are sceptical about this particular Fund."
