    "content": "Everybody will agree with me that the NG-CDF has been one such fund that has had the greatest possible impact on the lives of the ordinary citizen. As a matter of fact, it is the pioneer devolved fund. If there is anything we can do as a House to protect it from possible sabotage or frustration, then, as a House, we should be able to do so without blinking an eye.
