    "content": "Once upon a time, only boarding schools existed. At that time, most students from poor families were denied a chance to attain high school education. When day schools came, they came as a saviour to the rural society. The NG-CDF played a great role then when it was allowed to assist day school students, at least, with feeding programmes because the Government was meeting other things as it was said. Really, it has played a great role."
