    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I applaud the petitioners on this matter. Teachers have stagnated in the same job groups for many years in this country. I was a teacher almost 12 years ago. Many of the teachers I was in the same grade and job group are still in the same job group. Interestingly, not just money has caused this. Sometimes it has been because of nepotism and corruption at the TSC. For instance, the current chairman of the TSC was my classmate.
