    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I stand to appreciate and support the petitioners, KUPPET, for the issue at hand; the stagnation of teachers. With this in mind, teachers play a very important role. It is not fair. It is demotivating to be in one job group for a very long time even with the standard of living going up. The growth of teachers needs to be improved. They have stagnated for long. They need to be supported. They need to move from one job group to another. The syllabus changes now and then, but the same teachers are expected to do wonders. It may not be very easy."
