    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I also want to support the Petition because teachers have stagnated in the same job groups for very long. In my county, I have several cases of teachers who have been seeking the intervention of Parliament. As a Member of the Departmental Committee on Education and Research, we have deliberated on how teachers can be promoted from one job group to another.
