I also noted the same concern last week when senior leaders of this House like the Leader of the Minority Party and his Deputy attempted to disparage the Office of the Speaker. I found it to be completely out of order. I thank you for the guidance that you have afforded the Leader of the Minority Party and his Deputy. They will not engage in matters that disparage the Office of the Speaker or the conduct of Hon. Speaker outside and in the Chamber without a substantive Motion."
