    "content": "During IVF procedure an egg is taken from the mother and a sperm from a father so there is no third party involved. There were times when eggs or sperms were donated. In as much as agreements were established, some people came from Europe and other places to get donations of embryos and surrogate mothers. The problem was that this was not being done in the right way and there was no law to establish agreements."
