    "content": " Yes. We had the opportunity to interrogate this Bill, and this issue does not stop us from passing this Bill, but it requires us to answer that question in the future. Hon. Milemba asked if an animal can crossbreed with a human being through assisted reproductive technology. We are not aware if such science is available. This Bill forbids such activities. This Bill will solve many problems in Kenya. It will enable men and women who have desired children to use available technology to get children. Many things of interest are on the definition page. We will have to amend many things, including the meaning of a spouse as defined in the Bill. A couple is simply a man and a woman who are married. This should not exploit women in a relationship. A marriage must be recognised to be between a man and a woman. The word spouse must mean nothing else. There will be a lot of tinkering to be done here and there concerning the Bill. However, the spirit of this Bill is good. It is progressive for Kenya. I recommend this Bill to the Members of this House. I support."
