    "content": "In pre-Independence Kenya, unless tuko na wazungu hapa, there is no ownerless land. All the land in Kenya in pre-Independence period belongs to people. It is important to realise that when parastatals came up, people gave up their land for purposes of benefiting their own. They never gave away land with full rights of ownership. It is very strange when we see people using the law to own land and deny the real original owners the right to own it."
