"content": "I have heard many Members saying that the demolitions happened because the land belonged to grabbers. Did the houses belong to grabbers? Did they lack time to establish the grabbers and individual owners? Why were they impatient? They said the land belonged to grabbers. I believe it is the role of the Government to identify grabbers and genuine owners – Kenyans who deserve to own this land."
