    "content": "The issue of land is sensitive. One might wonder what the cost of producing title deeds is? Why do Kenyans not own title deeds of the land they occupy? We have allocated enough money for the digitisation of title deeds. I can report with a lot of honesty and sincerity that not much has been done. A lot of money has been put into that, but with no output. As Members of this House, we have to do an investigation on the money that was allocated to digitisation. We need to know where the taxpayers’ money is going."
