    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for allowing me to support Hon. Twalib on this very critical Petition. Mombasa and Jomvu are the gateway to Kenya. They are the face of Kenya. All international entries from the sea come through Mombasa. When such a road is neglected, even somebody who does not visit the rest of Kenya but only stays in Mombasa will judge Kenya on the basis of what he saw in Jomvu. That is unacceptable."
