    "content": "We are faced with the same problems with our National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF). Public officers loot from these funds and run away. This is a big problem, but with the Regulations in place and in particular in this case, it will stop this menace. I support the approval of the Act and the Regulations. Thank you."
