    "content": "I tend to think while Criminal Assets Recovery Fund is a good thing, it should be a Fund for recovery of all criminal assets, not only those under POCAMLA. The bigger agency that recovers assets that are procured through corruption is EACC. Every day we see headlines saying that they have recovered X number of land and a certain amount of money. Where does that money go? Does it go to the Consolidated Fund while the one under Asset Recovery Agency goes to this Fund?"
