    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I rise to support this Motion. Kenya has ratified almost all UN conventions on terrorism. Therefore, it is important for the country to domesticate the same through the Regulations that the Committee has come up with. Kenya appears to be a hot spot for terrorism for obvious reasons that most Members are aware of. There was an alert of an imminent attack in Nairobi about four months ago, which made most of us scared to visit popular areas. It is critical that we control terrorism. Kenya also hosts UN offices, which makes us a target. When it comes to terrorism, the target is always related to the United States of America (USA), the United Kingdom (UK) and other related countries.
