    "content": "a hot spot for attack, which causes fear and terror with Kenya as a target. That makes Kenya a weak country that can be easily attacked. These Regulations can help with that problem. Most terrorists who attack us do not come from foreign countries. They are locals from our schools and villages. If we have proper regulations in place, schools and spiritual places of worship, they can assist us in identifying those culprits so that we can arrest them and prevent terrorist attacks. I support the Regulations."
