    "content": "As I finalise, the most important thing that we must thank God for as we close the year is that we have seen a lot of challenges in the security sector. We appreciate the things our Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration, Prof Kithure Kindiki, and the Principal Secretary for State Department for Internal Security and National Administration, Dr Raymond Omollo, have done. Unfortunately, we cannot fail to talk about bandits. We can talk about bandits because these are our people - they are young men we know. We can deal with them if we want, but it is as if there is a team that we call terrorists. We have decided to safeguard the team."
