    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I want to take this opportunity to thank you for allowing me to welcome all our Members. There are just two quick points I want to make. The first one is that I support the SBC because it is supposed to plan for the business of the House. Mr. Speaker, Sir, as you have said, legislation is the main business of this House. I know the whole House leadership here is listening; we have passed legislation here, which is supposed to go to the National Assembly to be processed and signed into law. I request, beg and cajole the SBC to make a follow-up. Even after you have planned for us and we pass it here; kindly find out what happens to it in the National Assembly. This is because it is taking too long in the National Assembly to process the Bills that have been passed by the Senate. When we follow up, we are dealing with an institution on the other hand. Mr. Speaker, Sir, during this session, I want to ask the SBC because I know the leadership is listening to me, to find out what the other side is doing with our Bills. When we follow up on our own, it becomes complicated. I know what I am talking about because I have Bills that have gone to the National Assembly. They are stuck there; they are not moving.
