    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise, pursuant to Standing Order No.53 (1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Labour and Social Welfare regarding identification and nurturing of football talent at the grassroot level. In the Statement, the Committee should- (1) Provide a comprehensive report on the ward-level tournaments that served as the qualifying grounds for the National Talanta Hela Football Tournament, stating the number of ward-level games played, the participating and winning teams and the dates and fixtures of the tournament’s matches. (2) State the budgetary allocation for the ward-level tournaments and explain how the allocated funds were utilized."
