    "content": "was not keen on doing his duties, but the Speaker was doing his duty as should. We, as a House, have a role in engaging on foreign resources and diplomatic relations as are the members of the Executive. The message was inappropriate and was inappropriate. It meant to demean the Speaker and the House. We must take it as such. Demanding an apology does not mean a strained relationship. It means acknowledging the fact that such kind of aspersions could also affect the effectiveness of our Speaker as well as of this House. I hope that as we go for recess, we will keep on championing the place of the Senate as well as the Parliament at large on governance issues that we have in the country. I thank you."
