    "content": " Madam Temporary Speaker, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.31(3) to move that the Senate do adjourn until Tuesday, 13th February, 2024. You will appreciate that this is our last Sitting. I had mentioned that earlier in my Statement. Yesterday, we moved the Motion to amend the Calendar and we agreed that our colleagues in the sporting department need to prepare because many are leaving this afternoon for Kigali. Some have already left and it will be important that we transact business in the morning. It is unfortunate that we could not conclude on the business we intended to, but as I had mentioned, we will come back. Madam Temporary Speaker, I know many colleagues want to say one or two things about this before we adjourn. I beg to move and request Sen. Kinyua to second the Motion."
