The last thing that I like about this Bill and I am really happy to support, is a direct settlement system. This system will facilitate some currency transfer of funds directly to the farmers and payments, which are made within five days from the day of produce purchase. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I do not need to input much on this one because my colleagues have said it all. However, I emphasize education and capacity building because technology is now a force to reckon with in the world. So, I request that more education and capacity building should be done. I support this Bill."
