"content": "My Governor appeared before this Committee on Health, but we could not discuss other issues outside the Committee. He has appeared before the County Public Investments and Special Funds Committee and we only discussed the water companies. He has not appeared in County Public Accounts Committee (CPAC) despite being invited about five times. He has a very good rapport with that Committee. Any time he wants to postpone, he does so. That is why I am saying that we need governors to appear here just like the Cabinet Secretary, Hon. Murkomen, was here today to answer questions that the Chairmen or the Members of certain Committees are not able to ask. With that, I close by saying that I have that amendment ready to have the governors come on the Floor of this House to answer those questions. I believe that Members will support that.
