    "content": "Three categories of houses will be supplied by this programme: social housing, affordable housing, and for the rest, market rate housing. Interest on financing is where we intent to make a big difference. Interest at the moment, as all of us know in this House, is at almost 18 per cent. Under this programme, all interests will be at single digit. For social housing, the interest will be at 3 per cent."
