    "content": "“(b) An urgent meeting was held on 30th November, 2010 between the TSC and the Treasury’s Department of Pensions. It was resolved that the 1997 schedule be implemented by adjusting the pension benefits based on the salaries of the retirees and be paid at respective dates of their retirement. The budgetary implications for the balance of lump sum (gratuity) and the monthly pension arrears for 30,000 retired teachers are being worked out by the Director of Pensions--- “ Not Ministry of Education. Director of Pensions!"
