My proposal would be that we leave the IG of Police completely out of this arrangement and the arrest should be purposeful. As I said we are not arresting governors, cabinet secretaries to present them before a court of law. We are arresting them to present them before committees of Parliament or the plenary of the Senate. Madam Temporary Speaker, with those many remarks I do support."
