    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I stand to support this amendment and I wish to congratulate Sen. Osotsi for coming up with it. It is long overdue. Many of the issues that I wanted to bring up have been mentioned by my colleagues and I will not go over them again. On the issue of the IG of the Police, I remember we had two instances when two Governors were supposed to be arrested, but unfortunately, the IG failed this House. As a House, we must have a fall back in the event that the IG refuses to arrest witnesses."
