    "content": "talk about the Presidential speech, it is not the responsibility of one side only. I have seen a tradition where people critique what the President says. Of late, the President mentioned the issue of the Judiciary. I have seen many Senators and Members of Parliament (MPs) in this country going around in weddings, harambee s and funerals, talking about the Judiciary. If the President says something whether right or wrong, there is no reason one side of the Government should attack the other. When the President gives a speech and you have anything to say, say it. I support the Motion. Asante sana."
