The question I am asking myself is: how do you amend something that is fundamentally flawed from the beginning? I want to convince my colleagues that they should not tell us to amend something unconstitutional. You do not amend something that is unconstitutional to make it constitutional. You throw it away or out. That is the only solution for unconstitutional provisions of a Bill such as the one we are dealing with here. I thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, for the opportunity."
