    "content": "It is required that these nine Members, in addition to those already provided for under our Standing Orders by virtue of the offices they hold, be nominated by political parties and approved by the House, at the commencement of every Session as you indicated. This being the beginning of a new Session, we are bound to approve these Members. Hon. Members should note that the membership of the Committee has remained as it were in the last Session. As the House leadership, we thought this will ensure there is some institutional memory of the Committee and its operations as we begin this New Year."
