    "content": "I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.53(1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Labour and Social Welfare regarding recruitment and employment at the County Government of Isiolo. In the Statement, the Committee should - (1) Provide a copy of the human resource policies and procedures manuals, including relevant policies that guide recruitment and employment by the County Government of Isiolo. (2) Provide a list of personnel currently employed by the County Executive and Assembly, specifying their terms of engagement, whether permanent and pensionable, fixed term, contract or casual. (3) Furnish the Senate with the payroll for both the executive and the county assembly, clearly indicating the salary and allowances entitled to each employee."
