    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I am informing him because he said that the matters of supply/demand and growth of the economy should be left to county governments. The same cannot be ignored when national policies influence the economy of county governments. I am doing this by highlighting the exchange rate. It is because of a policy from the national Government that the dollar is now trading at Kshs140 heading to Kshs120. This is the Kenya Kwanza Government policy."
